Muffins instructions

  1. In a clean dry bowl Sift flour and stir in measured baking powder in it, in ur mixer add in 4eggs and beat after 3mins add in ur sugar and beat for another 5 to 7min until thick add in ur flavour, milk, butter, salt and flour.
  2. Mix well for another 2mins, add in ur batter in a muffin small or big sheets or muffin pans, bake in medium heat for 10 to 15mins, Note if you don't have mixer use the same procedure using a Whisk or Whisker Either way you call it!
