To prepare this dish I put the chicken in a baking dish, then added some of the Swiss cheese to each piece of chicken. Then I spread the sour cream on top of each chicken breast. Finally I added the rest of the Swiss cheese, then put it in the oven. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Secure seam and ends with toothpicks.
