- Prepare of (9-12 ounces) nicely marbled Ribeye steak.

- Heat the oven to gas mark 6, 205°C (400°F) if using fresh potatoes instead of tinned, peel, and put them in a pan of cold salted water, bring to the boil then blanche for 2-3 minutes.
